Job Description

We are looking for an Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our Growth team in the US. This position reports directly to the Head of Growth and will be key to demand generation and strengthening our commercial presence in the US market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector. This role offers strategic exposure within the organization, close collaboration with Marketing and Sales, and clear opportunities for professional growth within the commercial organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify high-potential prospects through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
Follow up on inbound prospects from marketing campaigns, with the goal of qualifying them and converting them into qualified opportunities.
Deepen product knowledge, customer profiles, and industry use cases to design tailored messaging and outreach sequences.
Interact with decision-makers in Operations, Engineering, and Information Technology within manufacturing organizations.
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations, ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team.
Record and maintain up-to-date information on prospects, contact activities, and pipeline in the CRM.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize demand generation strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in Mexico to generate new opportunities and strengthen commercial relationships.

Requisitos

2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology environments).
Proven track record of exceeding prospecting and qualified opportunity generation targets.
Native/Advanced English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience using modern sales tools: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms.
Analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
